Champagnat Shiraz 2024 - Galen (box of 6)

Galen Catholic College proudly presents Champagnat Shiraz 2024 , with fresh blueberry and black cherry on the nose with a layering of soft spice and green herbs.  The palate is medium bodied and savoury, with lifted acidity and fine, grainy tannins giving it a cool climate, Rhone-inspired edge.  Elegant, restrained, yet quietly complex.  

This vintage recognises Marcelin Champagnat's connection to Galen as the found of the Marist Brothers, who were co-founders of the college.  The Marist Brothers were inspired by Marcellin's educational vision and his focus of providing for those in need.
