Seller's Form

The Galen Catholic College second-hand uniform shop only sells quality second-hand uniform items.

Please ensure that all items are in good, clean condition (either freshly dry-cleaned or freshly laundered) and are the current uniform with the Galen Catholic College logo. If items require further laundering or repair, a charge will be deducted from the selling price.

The commission rate for the shop is 10% of the sale price. The balance of 90% of the sale price will be credited to the seller's school account. If the school account is paid in full, the seller will be paid by direct deposit.

Items for sale can be dropped into the onsite Second Hand Uniform Store on Thursday's 8:30am - 4:30pm. Alternatively, items for sale can be dropped off to administration, located in the main office Monday - Friday, however, we would like to strongly encourage that this option be used only where it is not possible to drop off items on a Thursday.

All items for sale must be placed in a bag clearly labelled with the seller's name

Any item not sold within one year of the date of acceptance will be considered unsaleable and disposed of unless collected by the seller. Galen Catholic College second-hand uniform store withholds the right to determine if an item is not suitable for sale and will refuse such items.

As of 28/10/2021, all items will be priced according to the price guide below.

New and Unused: 70% (Purchased new and is Unused)

Excellent: 60% (Has been used but is unmarked, may have student's name on it)

Very good: 50% (Minor marks and slight wear showing)

Good: 40% (Marks and wear showing but not significant)

Fair: 25%: (Well worn but intact, and usable)
